Appley Pearl, rooted in heritage, was first created as a silk fabric for menswear in 1958. This design echoes the delicate pearl jewellery often seen in historical Tudor portraiture, while forming a poignant link to Liberty’s iconic Tudor-inspired store. Christobel Poppy, epitomising the stylistic hallmarks of the 1960s Art Nouveau revival, was inspired by a 1900s design attributed to British artist and designer Harry Napper and was produced as both a dress fabric and a scarf between 1959 and 1981. Deco Tapestry, comprising a richly layered tapestry of geometric blocks, draws inspiration from the bold forms of the Art Deco era. This hand-painted design was originally created for Liberty in the 1920s.

Denarius Coins was first created as a furnishing fabric in 1956, and draws on the rich heritage of ancient civilizations, reflecting their enduring influence on Liberty designs. Eustacia is a quintessential Art Nouveau botanical, first printed in 1960. Striking a balance between softness and structure, the flowing arrangement of petals, foliage and stems are outlined by crisp, bold lines, lending a sense of graceful movement and tranquil rhythm. Continuing the cultural partnership between Liberty and The William Morris Gallery, the Liberty designers have created Morris Patchwork, a design which brings together some of his most iconic and cherished prints.

Stepping into the creative spirit of the 1990s, Paintbrush Blossom is a hand-painted artwork originally created for Liberty in 1992. Its inky brushstrokes and high-contrast two-tone palettes create a simple yet eye-catching pattern. Pomegranate Leaf was unearthed in a Liberty archival book from the mid-1880s and stands as one of the earliest fruit designs ever block-printed by the company. This dense botanical print features verdant leafy stems and stylised pomegranates, interspersed among Tudor roses and simplified daisies. Regency Petals was originally designed as a Liberty furnishing fabric in 1966, during the height of the late 1960s Art Nouveau revival, and blends period elegance with a bold, retro edge.
